Summary: The property was very clean. It was within minutes of the big house. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very nice backyard patio. Eat at Buddy’s, knight’s steakhouse downtown Ann Arbor, Anna’s House for breakfast. We had a blast and the house was perfect for our family. Thank you!

Summary: Only regret is we only had 2 days stay. This would be great location for any AA events. Nice quiet neighborhood, HUGE Weeping Willow, well appointed.

Summary: This house was a great fit for my group of 2 families with young kids. Highlights include a large dining table that comfortably seats 8, 2 separate living room areas with comfortable seating, a variety of games available, and a massive primary bedroom. The house was clean with some normal wear and tear (like scuffs on the walls). Great outdoor seating area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The communication was a weaker point - it was just a bit overwhelming (maybe 10 emails) and confusing (missing information on form emails). I received emails from 2 different parties - (Cussen holdings and Magnolia Accommodations). There was contradictory information in emails regarding check out procedures and I had to clarify. Streamlining the communication would be helpful. But I would totally stay here again!
